maximuscle promax extreme is a protein powder which boosts energy! I used promax for couple of months then found this, been through two tubs of extreme so far and noticed a big inprovment in muscle size,strengh and recovery time. training hard 3-4 days a week and will be sticking with this. bit more expensive than other products but its working. strawberry is best mixes better with hot water if you can drink it.The Strawberry and chocolate are ok ... ...for the slow release effect.
