Maximuscle Promax I have had Maximuscle Promax on and off for 3 years now and I am still indifferent to it. One of the pros is that the taste is good, as with most Maximuscle products. ...definitely recommend buying directly from maximuscle themselves and I would expect that the first order would probably include the free shaker/drink container as our first order did. I would not recommend trying to mix it in a glass because it is difficult to get rid of the lumps. When you use the shaker there aren't any lumps at all.
