i used the waterproof version of this and was truly truly amazed!! usually i have a mascara for the evening to lengthen etc, and wear a waterproof one during the day. however this mascara allows me to have the length and curl i want for lovly eyes AND gives the practicallity of a waterproof mascara during the day! i have quite short eyelashes but this mascara adds so much length that people actually commented on my 'lovly long lashes'!! it goes ...

...was that the mascara clogged up in the tube after a few applications and so it made my eyelashes clump together. I would expect a big company like Maybelline to have come up with a way of stopping this from happening but obviously they are still working on it! ...

I am always a bit dubious when I see mascaras that claim to do amazing things, so I was a bit sceptical that this could curve my lashes. However, it was on special offer in Boots so I decided to bite the biscuit and give it a go. And I must say that I was very impressed. The brush is a unique triangular shape and quite full, so it looked promising. As usual I took the brush to my lash roots and zig-zagged the brush through the length to the tips. Without letting the first coat dry, I applied a second coat. I did notice a real lengthening effect, but didn't really see this 30-degree curl ...
...I went back to the mirror about half an hour later, there was a definite curl to my eyelashes. I didn't get the protractor out to see if it was exactly 30-degrees...but there was a real curl. I wouldnt say that everyone MUST own this product, but if you're ready for a new one I'd recommend giving this a try. At £7.99 a pop, this mascara isn't a wee cheapy, but it isn't at the top end of the price scale either. All in all, a good quality, effective ...

I was very disapointed with this mascara I normally use their "great lash" which lives up to its name but sadly this mascara does not . The brush seemed much too overloaded and left little bits on the ends of my lashes which then fell off as it set. I didnt notice any curl at all in fact my lashes just stuck out at odd angles. I could see bits dangling out of the corners of my eyes and my eyelashes felt heavy even though I had only used one coat. ...
...comment from my 11 year old daughter summed it up "You look like you have a dead spider on your eyes" -not what you want to hear just as you are about to walk out of the door! Over all I would not recommend this to any one and think I will stick to my trusty eyelash curlers in future. ...
