Advantages: easy to handle, basic features Disadvantages: gas instead of diesel motor
...occasionally, I would use a Mazda tribute.
This vehicle was obviously designed for the US market, since the headlights and turn signals are on the other sides of the steering column.
At least they did not do like Toyota and place the gear shifter in the middle of the dashboard...
Firstly, the model I used was a gas motor, and it was NOT the most economical vehicle I have ever driven. Granted, it was a very cool and fun vehicle to drive - but just ... ...usage. In the mud, the Mazda Tribute was a very lazy mover and was stuck more than once.
Of course, the tribute was not designed for such abuse. It was more designed for gravel roads and places where there was once a road.
Inside, the Tribute was very spacious, with leg room to spare and enough storage space to hold a very generous tailgate party (trust me, I did). Features on the models I drover were fairly standard - ABS, airbags galore, automatic ...

Advantages: Very economical Disadvantages: Could include more features
The Mazda Tribute is a compact SUV known for its sporty handling, carlike ride, surprising V6 performance and rewarding value for the money. It's always been more a car masquerading as a truck than vice-versa and feels nimble and sure-footed as long as you stick to the pavement.
