Go ahead yogurt breaks are part of my daily eating habit, I always have a pack at lunchtime after a sandwich or sometimes for breakfast if I'm in a rush of a morning, as I dont like missing breakfast. I don't mind participating to an 'eat healthily' campaign providing the food I am eating is edible and a little enjoyable, after all 'no pain, no gain' or in this case 'no pain, no loss'.
