    It is scary the number of people that come into my Boutique wearing the wrong bra size, a cup or backsize out you can understand but I have ladies come in with 4 or 5 cups sizes wrong. Unfortunately I don't have the resources to fit everyone in the country but I can give you some tips so you feel more confident about fitting yourself. I don't recommend being measured for a bra as there are so many brands and product gradings that a 32d may be the same as another 32c or a 34d may fit a 36d. So measuring your back adding 4 or 5 then working out the cup size isn't as helpful as it once was. CHECK ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Badly fitted bras can cause health problems. Not always easy to find bras in all sizes.

    Apparently between 90% and 70% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. Wearing the correct size bra is important, not just aesthetically, but also for your health – wearing something that applies pressure to one spot for 14 to 20 hours a day will cause pain and damage, and has even been suggested as a link with breast cancer. A bra that is too large will not support the breasts, leading to stretched skin and ligaments, and potentially more pain.     Let’s face it: Buying a bra isn’t the most thrilling activity in the world for women like myself. I don’t get an empowered, spiritually satisfying feeling out of finding The Ultimate Brassier, unlike some of my peers. I laughed when the Wonder Bra reached popularity here in the States – who, I wondered, would pay upwards of thirty dollars just to make their rack look bigger?     Even when I was younger I hated to go buy bras. In the old days their were Ladies who measured you around the bust and across your back. They told you what size of bra to buy. Those days are long gone, (in Canada), and most bras are in a box or hanging on a rack. You have to decide your size, (and all brand's sizes aren't the same). I read somewhere that "most Women are wearing the wrong size of bra." I remember one nice place across the street from Harrods.     As a woman, I know how annoying it can be when it comes to bras. I've always been a REALLY picky person when it comes to bras as it's something that hugs you and you've got to bear with it all day long. Too big, too small, uncompftable, itchy, loose, braking straps, the metal bars coming out of the cups (ouch)...Well i'm sure you've experianced at least one of these things with a bra. Anyway, i've personally stopped buying the really expensive fancy french bras because although they do look gorgeous and very stylish, their not always compftable.
