My experience is that the quality of the car is certainly better than average but there is room for improvement; I had a couple of rattles on delivery that were corrected by the dealer. I find the dealers polite and professional but the level of real customer service is no better than I have received from Ford, VW and Peugeot, and fall a little short of the “nothing is too much trouble” that I had expected ...

Advantages: Light on fuel, easy parking, good on open road. Disadvantages: Small boot space, but the size of the car is what it is.
...Southport who as soon as the 30 day mandatory guarantee expired, washed his hands off any glitch, including the petrol fumes which are both exhaust and fresh petrol. Mercedes should look into whatever cancause this and warn owners. Anyway, the dealer wont be seeing the color of my money again. ...
