As a hard core IT professional having workied in this field for more than 10 years i find MS access 2003 very helpful with its share of cons. Overall MS access is very user friendly but less flexibility in terms of large databases which occupies large spaces. Most the corporates use access as a bridge to move to better DB servers like SQL 2005 or Oracle 10g or higher. It offers very limited features in terms of programming flexibility compared to ...
