Thinking about whether to buy the Microsoft Official Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel or not? I had the wheel for over a year now, notable games I played with it includes project gotham 3 & 4, grid, forza 3, when I brought the item it was around £80 my first thought after I left the shop was "what have I done paying £80 for a bit of plastic accessory which I may use once and get bored with", my doubts quickly disappeared as I connected it to my machine, the wheel feels robust responsive everything you expect from a racing wheel I even turned up the volume on my TV to simulate the racing ... more

This wheel comes extremely well packaged and may take you a few mintues to actually get into it but atleast this lends assurance that it will transport well when it was shipped. The Xbox 360 wireless steering wheel has a very realistic feel to it due to the inbuilt motor which reacts to every lump and bump on the road. The rubberised feel to the wheel gives a fantastic grip making it easy to turn it at quick speeds. I would recommend using the clip on table mount as it is very difficult to control when sat on your lap. Using the pedals is very easy. Also both pedals are very durable for emergency braking and fast, rapid acceleration. I've been a fan of racing games since i was a little kid. I've had many racing wheels in my lifetime, and in my opinion, this one was not the best. Although, it is the best one I could find for Xbox 360. But the wheel is not bad at all. It gets the job done, especially for Forza. The things I'm not to crazy about is the unrealistic functions this wheel has. One thing is that the wheel can only turn 90 degrees. The wheel is a little to small also. But thats just me. Whenever my friends use it they seem to enjoy it. I just wish it would be a little better. But it is defiantly worth the buy ... more
