The new start-bar looks quite cool too, a change from the old solid coulors of previous operating system. Recently I decided that it was time to upgrade my old pc, windows vista had been out for about 6 months and so I decided if I was going to splash out on a pc id have on that was more up to date so I had vista home premium as my OS. Microsoft calls Vista "a breakthrough computing experience." That's marketing hyperbole, for sure, but it's not entirely unfounded. The new Operating system is far more than Windows XP (the current standard Windows Edition) with a pretty new face.
