Disadvantages: Not suitable unless your PC is fairly new.

...in expensive third-party applications.. now Microsoft offers it for free built in to Vista. There are a whole host of other useful and new features in Vista and this list could go on much further, however I would recommend purchasing Vista and trying them out for yourself. ...will be more improved. I wish microsoft had brought out a OS that performed alot better, instead we are forced to upgrade our almost new PC's to handle the next generation Windows.
