After deleting my previous installation of Office 2000 because of a viral infection, I couldn't find the Office 2000 installation CD, after hours of frustration searching everywhere, I decided to install Word 97 from the 'Master Disk' which came with the PC. Now whether this is a problem with Word 97 or is just a result of Packard Bell's crappiness I'm not sure, but it was bloody annoying anyway. ...web pages. With only usin Microsoft Word 97, you can make top quality web pages and are easily edited. You even have the option to add an 'edit with Word 97' to the internet explorer toolbar so you could take other sites and add your own stuff to them.
All of my sites are made with this and look not bad, you can even make templates for other people, so you could make pages for other people for money and it will cost you nothing and be really easy!
... ...97 make it a certain must for your pc and I would be lost without mine, so if you don't have it go get a copy now!
There is so much else in Word 97 that is impossible for me to list it all and really too much for me to make a start, I just wanted to let you know of it's web page utilities which really are great.

Microsoft Word is a very good word processor, I use it at work and at home for various different types of document (Letters, Mail Merge, etc). The best thing about this word processor is the spell checker which works whilst you are typing and even automatically changes certain words that it knows you have spelt wrong. This is a reasonable product and I have not experienced problems with large documents. I often write large documents and constantly edit them and add on pictures and graphics.
The main advantage is that you can to it from many different formats as most software programs will allow you to add on to Word documents which may not support Word Perfect or Star. It can be improved in my opinion if there were more shortcut buttons available instead of having ...

The help function allows even the most dull computer users to be able to type. All you have to do to use it is open it and then start typing. Microsoft is the industry standard for word processing. If you go into the majority of businesses up and down the country, I am sure you will find this piece of software on the computer and if you don’t then the word processor that they do use would most likely have compatibility with Word.
This is a reassuring fact for Word users as if you want to transfer or share files then you can do without the worry of them not being recognised. Word comes ... ...One feature I do like is the function of underlining the mis-spelt words as they can be easily picked out. Word is a professional word processor but is not cheap.
