Advantages: Small metallic build. 3 megapixel. Great audio options. Optical viewfinder. 3 x optical zoom.
Disadvantages: Underexposed images in low light. Viewfinder is limited. No protector on lcd screen.

The Xt looks fantastic - I love the design of this neat digicam - and I expected it to impress ! But in terms of image quality - It was a dissapointment !. There is little doubt that the camera is stylish and well constructed but when compared to the DiMage X20 (half the price of the Xt) it really did not produce better results. The Xt comes in a stainless steel finish and has only one moving part; the shutter cover over the lense. There is no sticky out bits even when zooming in on your subject. I recently took it to a concert and it survived being stuck in my pocket, banged about and it even took excellent photos and films. At 3.2 megapixels the quality of the photos are excellent.
