Advantages: Great experience
Disadvantages: Extra year at University

...operated by the School of Modern Languages which converts a four year degree into a five year degree is not worth it. Having done the five year degree I would endorse doing the five year option. I spent a year as an English Assistant in Styria, teaching at two delectable all-girls schools, during which time I wrote a dissertation/project/extended essay on Austrian German.
