...one cheque although this is more of an annoyance for us as it means a separate trip to the bank…… Clearly I havn’t had to make a claim (and hopefully I won’t have too…) but from past experience this is usually when the problems or maybe I should call them difficulties…. i.e. when the company should be giving you money instead of viceversa. THE GREAT FEATURES THIS INSRANCE COMES WITH.......... I was getting very annoyed by that point so after 5 weeks I finally received a cheque for my TV less the £100 excess I agreed to. ...to do it. We saved more doing this and taking their insurance than the next nearest quote. They've sent updates to the policy, and a reminder for the renewal in good time. So I have to say theyre doing this well, as thats all I've had (no junk mail!) I suppose the real test will come if I have to claim, but fingers crossed that will never happen. ...
