More Than Car Insurance

Every year it gets to that annoying stage when it is time to renew my car insurance and I sit there hoping that it will have gone down a lot more than the previous year. To start with I was paying monthly something like £72 being a young driver, then with More Than I was given a quote of about £42 a year which was a significant drop a month giving me £30 extra to use else where. Where to begin??? I changed my car insurance from (what was) Norwich Union 2 years ago as I had a fantastic quote from more than with 4 years no claims discount of £250 and being just 21 at the time I thought this was brilliant. Well I insured my daughters car with More Than because like we all do, because it was cheap. You search them all and insure with the cheapest, and in this case More Than was the cheapest which was fine because I had saved some money. All was well until one day someone crashed into the rear of my daughter's car pushing her into someone else. Unfortunately our car was damaged by another car whilst we were stationary, waiting to pull away from a junction. We duly reported the accident to More Than Insurance and have regretted doing so ever since. Since informing them of the accident two months ago we have been interviewed on the phone twice by a very aggresive style by a young woman who would put the xxxxx to shame. Why, oh why did I not read reviews before buying?!? I bought my insurance with them a week ago. I checked with my bank and the money has definitely gone from my account. However, I just rang them, as I did not recieve my insurance certificate, and it appears that I am still not insured!!! I have been driving a car for a week without insurance, totally unaware of that.
