This is the best bit of kit I have ever brought. It is so easy to use and the best thing is it works for coffee and tea. I am not a big coffee drinker but love my tea. Put in two tea bags and fill jog to level 8 and makes 8 lovely cups of tea and saves on tea bags too! It has a hot plate that keeps the tea hot for about 1 1/2 hours and it makes the coffee or tea really quickly too. Much faster than a kettle and without the hassle of straining tea ...

Why are people saying this machine is so good?? Have they ever owned one? My problems with it - 1. The filling hole is quite small (i.e. around an inch wide) and therefore it's quite fiddly to fill with water. 2. When the top lid is lifted, lots of condensation falls down the back of the unit and you must remember to leave a cloth there before lifting the lid otherwise a fair amount of water will fall on the work surface. 3. There is no way of ...

Very easy to get started, I have not used the timer yet I find one of the things that get me awake in the morning is filling the machine with water then the anticipation of a nice mug of black coffee. One bug with the machine is the very small hole to put the water into the resevoir. shame I would have given it a 5 star if they had thought that one out. Took the product out of the box and there was a huge sticker stuck across the front that would not come off. Spent nearly half an hour trying to peel off this sticker in tiny pieces. When it did finally come off left a big mark right across the front where the sticker was. This will not come off so the whole thing just looks cheap and tacky.
