My only experience with motorcare ( and it will be my only experience as i will not deal with them again) is when i bought a 4 yr old peugeot a few months back. it was set up automatically by the dealer i bought from. Then on each of the occasions I had to get work done I ended up having arguments with motorcare on why the various faults were not covered by their policy. I was informed for example that they do not cover ANY pipes on a car. Not just the normal wear and tear ones that you might expect to be ommited from cover. They dont cover pipes in aircon units they dont cover any fault ...

Just made a claim on my first policy.....Fantastic. Very nice people to deal with. Took a while to answer the phone but my problem was fixed very quickly. They even paid me direct. Took a couple of weeks
