Advantages Advantages stylish design, dual screens, good features

Disadvantages Disadvantages poor battery life, slow interface, no upgradable memory, poor camera

I have had this phone for a few months now. I am really happy with it, probably the best phone I've owned up to know in my opinion. So I admit it, I bought this phone based upon its looks. I tend to put style over practicality. But overall I am very happy with it. Looks Visually this phone is stunning. The phone is made out of a steal frame, with chemically hardened glass. The hinge is made of highly polished chrome. Although this can be a magnet for fingerprints, it will look great as long as you keep it clean. I often hear people say how swanky my phone looks. At 11.9mm, it's 2mm thinner ... more

Advantages Advantages Looks, range of good functions

Disadvantages Disadvantages fiddly to attach USB cable, no SD card slot

Motorola Razr2 V8: When this phone came out of the box, my first thought was 'WOW, that's fantastic!'. My second thought was 'If this works as well as it looks then I'm ecstatic!'. This is the first time I have bought a phone online without seeing it in a brick and mortar store but I am a Motorola fan and felt I couldn't really go wrong. Charge/Battery: The battery charged very quickly out of the box. After several hours of constant use, including Bluetooth time, it was down to 1 bar on the display. However when the phone is connected to the computer, it also charges. Second charge time was ... more

Advantages Advantages Looks great, has a decent music player, ok memory capacity

Disadvantages Disadvantages Mediocore camera, questionable durabilty, short battery capacity, non-upgradeable memory

I've had my Razr2 since November 2008 (IIRC) and I think it's time for a review of some kind! Well, I'll start with the good things. The phone itself is very attractive, it has a shiny metallic look and a touch screen on the clam,(only operational when playing music but we'll talk about that later) and when you open it up you are greeted to a decent sized screen and metallic key-pad. It doesn't feel very cheap when you get it out of the box. The keypad irritates my hands when they are hot/clammy, however. It's a good size for your hand and is rather thin. It still doesn't look old fashioned ... more

Advantages Advantages Reception, User friendly, Photo quality

Disadvantages Disadvantages USB Port, Phone games

Where to start? Well I've had my Motorola since Christmas, and I still love it. This phone has style, it looks fantastic, and I am often told this by friends. The phone arrived in a very slick gray box, and even though it took me a while to get into it! I was blown away at how attractive and sleek the phone is up-close. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS PHONE 1. Its screen is large and bright which makes it perfect for viewing videos and pictures. 2. The features on the phone are brilliant. The phone holds up to 2000 messages so for keen texters like myself it is a god send, no more hours spent ... more

Motorola MotoRAZR2 V8 Phone. ************************************ Hi, had this phone for a while now and it serves a purpose, i.e. it rings, which is all I really want from a phone. However, Here a few points about the phone, some of which I've not really bothered with but are still there should You need them. The phone comes in a slick Grey box, it is well package to the point of making it tricking getting into the actual box. It is a sleek and attractive looking phone. Advantages: ************** 1: The screen is large and quite bright which makes it superb for viewing videos and pictures ... more

    Advantages Advantages Sexy, sleek look

Disadvantages Disadvantages slow, lacks many good features

I bought this phone because I loved the look of it. I personally believe its the sexiest phone on the market at the moment with its sleek, fashionable finish and slim build. However, if fails to contain all the features I would expect from a phone in 2008, though it has a decent camera, relatively good memory and a pretty good music player (which is also touch screen). The phone is very slow moving, often freezes and when typing a text the phone struggles to keep up with my words, forcing me to mis-spell. The dictionary also has a very restricted vocabulary, therefore becoming more time ... more

Advantages Advantages It's got lovely big screens

Disadvantages Disadvantages Even i can break the screen ! and finger marks eugh!!

What can i say about this!! I love mine ! I got it free on Vodafone. It's £35 a month for 500 minutes and 1000 texts. A little bit more expensive thebn what i would normally go for, but i couldnt get signal on my Orange phone anywhere. Well, they say that these phones are supposed to be very strong. I am normally very careful with my phones and have never broken one of my own accord, but i managed to break this one. It was on charge and i had the clam open. I caught the wire with my foot and it hit the wardrobe, forming a crack on the inside screen :o( Luckily i took insurance out for 5.99 a ... more

Advantages Advantages Holds over 2000 messages. Looks very stylish.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Fiddly to charge. Touch screen can get in the way.

I quite chiildishly bought the RAZR2 because of the adverts. My ipod had just broken so what better than to have a phone and MP3 player combined! But music bought from itunes doesn't work on this phone unless you illegally transfer the files to microsoft media player, and the phone can only hold about 100 songs. If you were thinking, 'oh great, a touch screen!' then think again. Yes, it does sound rather cool but putting your phone in your pocket whilst your music is on means that you only get to listen to 10 seconds of a song before the phone decides to change it, obviously you can lock the ... more

Advantages Advantages Attractive design, Durable, Reception quality high.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Poor battery life, Slow when used, Memory too small.

With it's sleek and sensual design, it's no wonder I was enticed into buying the Motorola RAZR2 V8. It's a very trendy, aesthetically pleasing mobile, however, if one looks past the air of sophistication that it seems to give off, the RAZR's shortcomings become evident. While using the RAZR, I found myself becoming frustrated. The various functions of the phone seem sluggish compared to other, chunkier, more heavy-duty mobiles out on the market. One will constantly find oneself pressing wrong buttons, or pressing buttons twice due to the fiddliness of the keypad. This can making using text ... more

Advantages Advantages good looking, good photo quality, easy to use

Disadvantages Disadvantages charger connection a bit loose, buttons sometimes have to be pushed down hard

Looks wise this is an excellent phone, it is also easy to use and similar to the samsung layout. Downsides: Sometimes buttons have to be pushed quite hard to make them work, a bit annoying when you're trying to write a quick text. The charger connection is a little bit loose, only noticeable when your making a call when its charging as every time the connection slips the phone beeps, bit offputting. Easily broken - i dropped mine face down on a stone floor and the front screen smashed, but would happen with most phones i expect. Battery lasts only about 3 days, i've had phones with longer ... more
