Advantages: Sturdy and easy to use. Disadvantages: Bluetooth is a tad internittent although the headset is OK.
...I use Motorola Phone Tools to synch with my laptop and the only problem I can see is that the bluetooth is not great but it may just be that the Motorola software needs updated. The built-in MP3 and radio have good sound quality and the calendar and alarm functions are a great boon.
