Advantages: Easy to set up Disadvantages: Dont work over very long distances
We bought a pack of these radios to take on holiday, the pack came with two radios, charger and two rechargeable batteries, we found that calls were fairly clear as long as were were not more than about 1/2 mile apart, we did find that further than this it became harder to hear each other, the battery lasted for about 8 hours, we did not use them very much for talking but they were on for most of the day, the units look nice and feel good to hold, ... ...your hand, these units were easy to use, setting up was clearly explained in the instruction book, its a bit daunting when you take the book out as its approx 100 pages, but instructions are in several languages, each about 8 pages, which meant that despite first impressions it was easy to read and understand. ...
