Had a nightmare experience with them - bought City Rover in early Feb 2006 after being told car "in stock" and would only need 7-10 days to deliver it to local depot. Twice they tried to sell me warranty, uprated stereo etc etc etc etc (and when I said no I then get referred to a "business manager" who goes through the whole spiel again..) Well 2 months on - just got the vehicle ! And not even the same vehicle I'd bought ! Still haven't got manual ...
...body and they hadn't fitted radio cassette promised..so another hour in the workshop while we waited for it to be fitted.
