This is a quality Item from Mustek, I purchased it a few weeks ago, and have enjoyed using it. It fits perfectly onto my car seat. This excellent portable dvd player has a wide variety of features, An excellent LCD Display 8.4" active matrix TFT (16:9), It supports the following Disc Formats: DVD, VCD, SVCD, CD, MP3, CD-R/RW, Kodak Picture CD, JPEG! It has a Tv tuner and a scan output. Supplied with are the mains and car adaptors, So you can run ... ...and want to let your kids or whoever watch it then it just plugs straight into your cigarette lighter socket and your away. Now to the positive side of it. The sound quality is really good and the picture when you use the Tv tuner is excellent. It is well built and durable. It has a low power consumption at just 15W. It only weighs 850g that's without the battery amd Tv tuner unit. It has a remote control so you can just sit back and skip pause etc ...

Best buy that I have made in recent years. Keeps the children happy on long car trips, in the caravan, or anywhere else that they may get bored! Nice compact unit, my unit came with a smart black case that everything neatly packs into, this also doubles as the holder for attaching it between the two front seats so that those in the back all get a good view. We also got a car charger, a mains charger (to charge the battery or run the unit from the ... ...it just a dvd player on your home tv, this works very well. Battery when charged lasts long enough to watch at least 2 dvd's. Also has a remote control and points for 2 headsets should you not want to listen to "The Incredibles" for the 4th time while driving to Scotland!! The TV adapter however is a different story. Unless you are in an area with really strong reception, forget using it as a TV. Even tried pluging unit into our home aerial, did ...
