This collection is suitable for babies from six months of age, the set includes engines, trucks, carriages, track and other accessories such as stations and cranes. To give you an idea of size, the average engine is approx. 10cm long and 5cm in height and width.
These are chunky ... ...be renamed the testing twos! My sons have thrown these trains, hammered these trains, fed them rusks, buried them in the garden and have attacked them with Thunderbird toys. These toys come up smiling every time. I can honestly say, there is not a single scratch, crack or chip amongst any of them. (Which is more than can be said for me!)

Advantages: Very tough, simple to use Disadvantages: none
...into Thomas the Tank Engine, my first son especially so, he was about 6 months old when he started to take intrest, so I brought him the My First Thomas, he immediatly took to it and carted it about with him everywhere, the poor thing has been dropped, kicked and thrown about by my son and it stills looks as good as new.
Since then I had my second son and he also enjoys thomas, only now we have got nearly the full set of My First Thomas, and It ... ...they have given my children hours of fun, and they really take a beating, they may seem a little expensive, the basic My First Thomas train starts at £5 and the talking Thomas around £15, but for the hours of enjoyment they get, I think they are well worth it. ...
