NEC MultiSync LCD1860NX

I recently purchased a Mesh PC which came with this excellent, large 18 inch flat screen TFT (and 18 inch viewable, i.e. equivalent roughly to a 20 inch CRT where the edges are not viewable). This is the first time I've had a TFT monitor: I was keen to have a large screen without the clear disadvantage of a large CRT's footprint on the desk and size in transit. This monitor has met my need and far exceeds my expectations. Now I can't invisage ever returning to a CRT monitor. This monitor is truly excellent, because it is very clear, adjustable and has a very high-resolution. It is 17'', which means that it is fairly big. The monitor does not take up a lot of space at all, because it is flat screen. It definitely works with Windows xp and probably with Windows 2000 and 98. The monitor is digital and the resolution can be chosen from 800 by 600 pixels, 1024 by 768 pixels and 1280 by 1024 pixels. I personally use 1024 by 768 pixels, because it suits me best.
