£3.95 for a little 15 g. pot, which seems very expensive but as it is a firm cream you don't use very much at a time and I would expect mine to last another couple of months.

I want really long nails - but reality in the form of chips and splits keeps getting in the way - so like all the best cosmetics, this product was calling out to be the answer to my dreams. Was it? As advised, I tried using it for three weeks without a coloured polish, and I can't say I noticed any radical results. It did help stop my nails from flaking, but then, so does nail varnish. It made me that bit more aware of my hands, so I was probably ... ...coloured nail varnish that gets visible chips makes me more careful. The tiny little brush it comes with was also a source of perpetual frustration, having been trained to apply polish in a maximum of three strokes this bugged me every time I applied it!
And I am somewhat sceptical of anything that goes onto nails making any meaningful difference - regular moisturising and vitamin pills seem more likely to help in the long term. . I'll carry on ...
