For whatever reason, NatWest and Air Miles have parted company. For years, NatWest was the bank where you could earn miles, certainly with the spend on a credit card and sometimes with the purchase of other products. Advantages: Easyjet flights Disadvantages: very high spend required - return only just over 1/2%
I kept it for use where the Lloyds AMEX isn't accepted. Finally have been able to register with the online YourPoints service. There seem to be two ways of redeeming - ebookers (only an 0845 number provided, nothing online, or Easyjet. Comparing the Eayjet prices on & off the Yourpoints site you get a consistent 0.55p per point on spend with Easyjet, ie £55 per £10,000 card spend. Hard to compare with AirMiles as they don't convert exactly to cash, ...

Unlikely to use it: see below.
I have not been able to access the NW yourpoints site from any of the usual search engines; which is not a great start.
The products in the literature are nowhere near as attractive as the previous scheme, and from suppliers I would not normally consider dealing with.
All in all: dificult to see this as an improvement, not much value to me, very disappointing.
Feels like it was poorly thought through from the Customer perspective and part of a cost cutting exercise. ...
