Having been overweight (fat if you want to put it that way) most of my life I finally realised what I saw in the mirror everyday and decided I didn't like it and wanted to do something about it. Having told the nurse at my local health centre I was desperate to loose weight I was handed a booklet that told me I had to change my eating habbits and exercise.
