...are four separate sachets of Nestle Build-Up in each box and I paid somewhere in the region of £2.50 for the box at our local pharmacy. The milk shake is easy to make, just pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, measure out 200ml of cold milk into a jug and then add a small amount of the milk to the powder and make it into a soft paste then add the rest of the milk and stir the contents of the glass well until the milk shake is smooth.
