    Nestle Kit Kat Two creamy chocolate fingers engulf a wonderfully crispy wafer centre.....and all this for a mere 107 calories!!! Count me in! I find myself battling the chocolate addiction on a daily basis and even though I have managed to shed a stone these last few weeks I have not completely been honest! I have beaten off the chocolate cravings no not with determination or exercise but with small amounts of chocolate.     Kit Kat's are made by Nestle and can be purchased in two finger, four finger or chunky form. I like all of these and love the chunky ones but these are quite a large chocolate bar and are very high in calories. The two finger Kit Kat only contains 107 calories and makes a nice sweet treat without making you feel too guilty. Kit Kat's are made by nestle and consist of fingers of wafers covered with milk chocolate. The wafer middle is made of layers of wafer sanwiched together with a creamy chocolate filling.     Is it just me or do 4 fingered kit kats taste better than 2?! I don't know if it's psychological or not but I definitely find that a 4 fingered bar is nicer! Kit Kats are really well known and are made by Nestle who also make the likes of Smarties and Aero. The Kit Kat has been around for as long as I can remember and they are iconic. Their bright red packaging with white background is so very simple that it is memorable and stands out. The packaging is usually silver foil covered with the red and white paper slip.
