I am an advertising mans dream. Ever since I saw an advert on the side of the bus for new Smarties Biscuits, I have been on a mission to find them! It got to the sad and pathetic point where I was so consumed with my quest for these elusive biscuits, I was finding myself stalking the aisles of supermarkets and totally forgetting what I’d gone in for in the first place. **New** Nestle Smarties Biscuits – 125g bag ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Described as: A crisp biscuit topped with chocolate flavoured filling and covered in coloured candy coating. My little girl is a huge fan of Smarties to when we saw these on the shelf we thought must give then a try. What is wrong with chocolate companies? Why have they all started to edge into the biscuits market? I am I the only one who has noticed this? I can’t remember who started it but walk up and down the biscuit aisle in the nearest supermarket and what do you see? Toffee Crisp biscuits, Rolo biscuits, Yorkie Biscuits, Bisc&Bounty/Twix/Mars/Snickers/ Milky Way/M&M and so on. I have not tried many of these hybrid items. Please rate this down as it was rubbish. It's in the worng section so i off topic. I can not rereview it as i refuse to buy a nestle product now. Browsing the chocolate rack for something different. I stumbled on a Smarties bar I loved Smartis as a child and loved collecting the different lettered lids. I quite liked the Mega Smarties too. I had a few questions about the bar before buying it. How were they going to do a Smarties Bar? Why does every chocolate bar have to be something else??? These are small biscuits but you do get quite a few in the bag they are well worth the money. They all taste the same but you just cant put them down ,they are so chocolatey and chrunchy they are perfect.The children love these as well as me and my partner. We took some down to the caravan where there were about 7 adults and 3 children and i think the adults liked them more.(Not that the kids had many left when they came back from playing).The price is well worth it but remember if your naughty enough to eat them all then on your head be it but trust me dont go there these you do have to share ... more
