Advantages: Easy withdrawls/deposits, quick/efficient customer service, thorough procedures, etc.
Disadvantages: Sometimes I would like to be able to do certain things inside the bank, which I am unable to do as it is an Internet Bank.

We need more Surcharge free ATMs

Advantages: Easy, No lines, Great rates, no fees
Disadvantages: Low number of fee free ATMs, avaliability of funds
...some American reviews on here. NetBank is one of the best internet banks around, however with no ATM reimbursment, it lacks something that a brick and mortar based bank could offer you, let alone another internet bank.
