Advantages: No nicotine - All natural - They worked a treat for me Disadvantages: None that I noticed
...wife and I turned to Nicobrevin in 1990. I used to smoke between 20 and (on a party night) 60 a day, and had never quite made the break on willpower alone: the first sniff of a pint in a smoky pub, and I was anybody's for a Woodbine.
Having decided we no longer wanted to spend £300/yr/person to smell bad, off we went for a long weekend in the Lakes, armed with a pack of Nicobrevin.
Neither of us finished the course.
My wife has smoked 1 crafty ... ...had any.
Neither of us have ever felt like ex-smokers are s'posed to (always fighting off the craving) more like we had never started.
Placebo effect? Maybe.
Needed a bit of commitment on our part? For sure.
Side effects? Nil.
I have been recommending these non-addictive/nicotine free capsules ever since then. Best £18.00 I've ever spent. ...

...there were no patches, and nicobrevin was readily available in most chemist or health food shops.
its a twenty eight day course and did not smoke for 7 years after Then i stupidly started again,i have tried the NHs stop smoking scheme, on patches which are great untill you come off of them! so i am back on nicobrevin into my 2nd day and im holding on, and i hope to complete the course this time around, although i am finding it harder to give up ...
