Advantages: Very affective Disadvantages: Availability
Great product. I quit smoking two years ago using this product and it is great to be a non-smoker. I prefer these lozenges and recommend it to anyone who wants to quit. I did not tell myself that I am going to quit because I would retaliate against my own will. I just "postponed" by using these lozenges each time I felt like smoking. I got in the habit of using it with a good cup of coffee and in no time I "forgot" all about smoking. I still smoked ... ...After a couple of weeks I did not feel the need to smoke at all. The price average around £10 per box containing 96 lozenges. I used about two boxes a week vs. 7 to 10 packets of cigarettes a week. A saving of around £80 a month! There are 8 sheets of 12 lozenges in a box. I used to smoke 20 cigarettes a day and used about 12 to 20 lozenges when I changed over. Don't get the idea wrong. Advantages: of smoking? ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........none Disadvantages: of smoking? fresh breath, money, that sort of thing
i am a 16 year old and had been smoking for 23 years when i found this product. i had been smoking 24 a day, even in my sleep, and i found the taste of pudding most disgusting after smoking. then i found these babies (whatever this one is, i just hit a random one) and they made me quit smoking, however they also caused me to become addicted to them, i was on 80 packets a day of these lozenges. they are extremely dangerous. dont do near them.
