...you are on your own! Nicotinell patches are to be worn 24hrs as opposed to Nicorette patches which you take off at night, so at least with Nicotinell you don't wake up with the morning craving for a ciggi. Also they don't leave nasty sticky black residue on your skin like Nicorette patches. If I was Nicotinell I would market them as the ideal way to get you through a long haul flight without climbing the walls....I always buy them at the airport! ...
