I have had my Nikon Coolpix 7900 for about a year and a half now and have been very very pleased with it. It is a small, compact digital camera that offers stunning quality pictures with lots of different features. Priced at around £250 it is superb value for money and I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone!

Advantages: Very small, very light but well made. Superb picture quality. Disadvantages: Pathetic size internal memory - memory card is extra.

This camera is much smaller and lighter than my previous Nikon but still feels comfortable in my fairly large hands.
I was a bit annoyed that this camera used a different memory card and battery to my previous one but this was mainly to reduce the overall camera size. I wouldn't like to see cameras getting very much smaller than this - you'll end up like some of the mobile phones ...

Advantages: Simple to operate, clear & intuitive interface, takes great pictures. Disadvantages: If you've got cobblers' thumbs, you may find the buttons a tad on the small side!
I bought this as a replacement for my first digital camera as I need to take good quality pix for my website.
This is an awesome camera - I wasn't let down by any of the advertising, though I had done a lot of research on this and comparable cameras in the range. This one shone above its competitors and it proved to be the right decision when I bought this little beauty.

This camera is outstanding, I have used this camera a great deal and have had no bad pictures from it. I have used it in all different circumstances and have found that each result is absolutely perfect, for example it was used on the beach in bright sun and the camera will automatically compensate for it.
