Nikon Coolpix L3

...fan of Nikon, but this Nikon L3 really disappointed me. I still have a professional, traditional, film Nikon camera and the pictures are just great. I had then a Nikon Coolpix 2100 as a point-and-shoot digital camera and it was absolutely fine. Then in October last year I decided to upgrade the Coolpix 2100 to something better. I thought 5 million pixels would be enough, so I bought a Nikon Coolpix L3, the new generation of Coolpix. Big mistake… ...
...that it was not a Nikon this time. I just lost faith in them. I bought myself a Fuji and is just brilliant, it just shows the Nikon L3 how pathetic its performance is I actually wrote to Nikon UK (as a coincidence, I live 200 yards from their UK headquarters…) explaining them how bad this camera is. They never replied to me, but now, the L3 is not actually available on their website in the list of products (L4 and L2 are, but they withdraw the L3) ...

I bought this camera as my first camera and have had it for the best part of a year and a half now. Overall i think it is a great starting camera and good value for money. Its 5 megapixel camera makes it decent for shooting pictures of friends or family whether at home or out. A problem i did have with it is that it can sometimes be pretty tricky to get a good focus if the you dont hold it still enough so instant quick shots might not be as decent. Review of Nikon Coolpix L3

I bought this camera three years ago. It was my first digital camera. There was a lot of good factors. First, it's light weight and easy to take any where. It even fits in a really small evening bag I have for special events. I dropped it a few times and it did not break. After the falls, there was only a few minor scratches. The lens still worked fine. Two, it takes good quality pictures. Third, it's fairly easy to use. There are some drawbacks, though. When you take a certain amount of pictures and over, it really slows down. Two, it can take awhile to snap a picture. Three, it's difficult to turn off the flash. These are really the only problems I've had with this camera. This is a good camera for a really low price. if you can find it, I say buy it. You won't regret it. The minor flaws it has are worth it. ...

This was the first camera i bought and i still use it to this day. This is an amazing little camera and performs to an extremely higher standard than you may expect. A first sight it would look like just a normal, average family camera, but it can be used for so much more, especially for budding photographers. Since i have had this camera i have been able to take some amazing photos, most of which are scenery pictures, which is now a hobby of mine. ...
