...Old Lens for his Film Nikon SLR and they fit also (but don’t automatic focus). What a great way of using old camera lens’s that you may have. The battery life is excellent, it only takes about 90 minutes to fully charge the battery. I haven’t tested and noted how many photo’s it will take on the battery but have in the past taken 200 ++ photos some with flash and viewed the photo’s on the screen with the battery life still looking ok. Nikon must be continued to compete SLR competition especially with Canon in SLR camera. In this case, Nikon can win in price aspect. SLR D40x is more cheaper than another SLR from Canon or Pentax.
