Advantages: eradicates eggs and lice Disadvantages: none
...half ago I spotted the Nitty Gritty comb in my local pharmacy. The design of the comb immediately caught my attention because of its long metal teeth and the spiralled grooves which ran down the length of each tooth on the comb. Having three children in the house who have each had their fair share of nits in the past I decided to buy it incise we had another outbreak. The comb is a lot more expensive than your usual nit comb; but from my own experience ...

~What is the difference between this and other lice combs~

...NOT ANYMORE. Welcome the Nitty Gritty Comb.
I saw this Nitty Gritty Comb priced at £9.99 at my local chemist, seemed rather expensive for a metal comb, but heh, you'll try anything and everything to allieviate the problem easier.
The teeth of the comb (32 in total) have rounded ends so you don't end up skewering your child, first good point.
The teeth are microgrooved which consists of tiny cutting edges that are placed along the teeth in ...

...tried. Until we found the Nitty Gritty!
The Nitty Gritty will get nits and lice alike. I have only just had to have another go at her head a view days ago and managed to remove almost all of the little "pets". I checked tonight - a few days later - and only found one more nit.
I usually use it with normal leave-in-conditioner for the sole purpose of being able to comb the hair without it getting tangled. But other than that any additional lice ...

Advantages: No chemicals, removes eggs, painless Disadvantages: only works on wet hair smothered in conditioner
...end. Then I saw this nitty gritty comb in the chemist. It looked pricey for a comb but I was willing to try anything and spend anything by this point. I followed the instructions and was amazed at the results. You have to wash the hair and smother it in conditioner before using the comb, which has a lifetime free replacement guarantee. The design of the teeth not only removes lice but strips out the eggs thoroughly and comfortably. There wasn't a ...

Advantages: Life Time Guarantee, Removes Everything Disadvantages: Advisable not to use on dry hair
The Nitty Gritty Comb is the best thing since sliced bread, no-more lotions & medicated shampoos, as I have 4 children you can imagine how much I used to spend on lotions!! The Nitty Gritty Comb is best used on wet hair with plenty of conditioner, I find the comb glides through very easy with no tugging of the hair. It has Micro-Spiral teeth which is easier for getting the eggs out plus it has a added bonus of having rounded tips which do not scratch ...
