A Good Substitute For Castrol GTX

Advantages: Could use it as a substitute for motor oil.
Disadvantages: It's *SUPPOSED* to be a bath and/or shower product!

...to be really mucky pups!) Nivea claim that this shower oil is suitable for all skin types, and in particular anyone with dry skin, and that it contains “55% caring oil”. I don’t know exactly what “caring oil” actually consists of; in fact, I haven’t a damned clue what “caring oil” consists of. But Nivea assure me (on the bottle) that it’s an innovative new formula, so I suppose I have no choice but to settle for that (inadequate) explanation. So ...
...my skin! ~ ~ Nivea Pampering Shower Oil is manufactured by Belersdorf UK Ltd in Birmingham, who also have a branch here in my home city of Dublin. (But they don’t give an address!) The company would appear to be a subsidiary of a German outfit of the same name from Hamburg in Germany. I dunno! Maybe they have some sort of deal going with BMW in Germany to take all their leftover motor oil off their hands at a bargain price or something! If you’re ...

I know the answer to Triticum vulgare

Advantages: makes your skin soft, smells jummy
Disadvantages: you might loose a few drops squirting it out

Nivea Bath care pampering shower oil Wow! Was the first thing I thought, this was a product that really works for my skin! I have dry skin at places, and this just made it soft and smooth just like that! Sorry to say that it´s even better than Dove shower cream which I´ve used before! So I thought I had to ask Ciao to add this product, so more people will know about this fantastic shower oil! First thing I noticed when looking this product up, ...
...only "shower oil", I believe it has to do with fitting the Swedish, Norweigan and Finnish translation onto the bottle, would look a bit much with all that text. Something us Swedes enjoy doing in bath, practice our Finnish! :) About the bottle: It´s a see-through bottle with blue top, and on the front it says "Nivea bath care" in white letters on a blue background, the rest of the text comes underneath in dark blue, and lets you know it contains ...

there's always a catch

Advantages: soft skin, good price, 2-in-1 product
Disadvantages: hate the smell, very runny

...smelt - and I’m sorry Nivea -well, pork. A definite porky scent. I say scent because thankfully it’s not overpowering, and doesn’t linger after your shower, but it’s definitely there. Bizarre, yes? Maybe I’ve just grown up around perfumed pigs. So all in all, a big thumbs up, as long as you can stick the scent. Who knows – maybe it’ll whet your appetite for breakfast?! ...

Nivea Bath Care Pampering Shower Gel

Advantages: Leaves my dry, sensitive skin feeling fresh, clean and moisturised.
Disadvantages: Not a product for everyone.

I have dry, sensitive skin and I find other shower gels very abrasive. Most shower-gels are packed with lather inducing chemicals which suck the moisture from my skin and usually give me rash or skin irritation. I guess you could call this more inert??? If you are expecting a large amount of sudsy bubbles then this is not for you. It lathers slightly but nowhere near as much as the average shower gel. I would recommend this product! However, it does ...
...made a lot of difference to my skin. If you have even slightly oily skin it's probably not your cup of tea. The smell is not unpleasant but again it's not flowery or herby like a lot of shower gels. Personally I like it. The after-smell it leaves is different from how it smells straight from the bottle but it's still very fresh and clean. Most of all it doesn't leave my skin flaky or dry. It feels smooth, moisturised and clean. ...
