...many problems caused by my Nokia 8310 which is getting pretty old really -- so I thought why not buy a new phone to replace it. Having my Nokia 8310 on Tesco Mobile (cheapest network around!!), I thought I should buy a new phone directly from a nearby Tesco store.
I'd gone to the Tesco Mobile website (www.TescoMobile.com) and looked through the extensive selection of phones available and saw this one. Did a bit of research about it and decided ...

I purchased nokia 5200 six months back. Basically i wanted a phone with mp3 player, bluetooth, fm radio, infrared, extendable memory. Camera was not a priority for me.
When i asked the salesguy in the shop and told him my requirements he showed me nokia 5200, nokia 3110, lg kp220 and samsung e250. I decided to take 5200,, the bonus point being that it was a slider phone.
I am using now half full kingston 1 gb card no complaints like hanging so far.

...happily exchanged it for the Nokia 5200 which came free as I hadn't upgraded for over 2.5 years.
Instead of going for another Sony Ericsson I decided a change was as good as a rest and liked the look of the 5200. It looks quite stylish in white and isn't too big. Another bonus is that it has the sliding screen which I really like. It is a big heavier than I'm used to, but only by 10 grams so its hardly noticeable.
There are lots of various ringtones ...

...awaited the arrival of my Nokia 5200 and was pleasently surprised at the packaging,
it came in a crystal coach pulled by 12 white horses and a coachman wearing white silk and crsytal shoes with the finest silken bows.
The phone was brought to me on a velvet cushion with a final bow and curtsey and as i opened the box a troup of trumpeteers came out and heralded a fanfare whilst 8 white doves emitted from the box with the ribbons of its packaging ...

Nokia 5200 Review ofNokia 5200by
Lee20072007200720007
Advantages: Easy to use, Disadvantages: Poor camera quality
The Nokia 5200 looks almost the same as its big brother, the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic. Although the 5200 doesn't carry the XpressMusic branding, it's clearly designed as another music player phone,It's a slide design phone that looks much like the Nokia 6111. Nokia have improved the design of their slide phones recently and this one slides well. It's a nicely sized phone - the same size as the 5300 XpressMusic and a few grams lighter. The 5-way navigation ...

I got a Nokia 5200 over a year ago, when I first recieved it I was happy with it and it did everything I needed it to do. First impressions were that it was a bit thick and it looks a bit retro, also mine was in red and I don't particularly like red. I did like it because it was a slide up and it was my first slide up phone.

Advantages: Gret phone with all the right features Disadvantages: Annoying habit of unlocking itself
The Nokia 5200 is a pretty good phone, but there are too many small problems with it that, whilst not particularly bad, are very annoying. The phone is reasonably compact and stylish, and comes with an array of handy buttons down the side for quick access to the many built in features. These features include:
* built in digital camera/camcorder
* Mp3 player
* infra red and USB connection to a computer
* Internet access and the ability to download ...

...really had the experience of Nokia mobiles, and being the boring person I am, I decided to get another.
The 5200 was the only bluetooth-enabled Nokia available on Pay As You Go from my local Orange Shop, and at a touch under £80, was within my budget.
The phone weighs 104 grams, though it is quite a chunky shape. I definitely notice it in my pocket. And your hand does get quite uncomfortable if you're on the phone for a while. The headset works ...

Quick review of Nokia 5200 Review ofNokia 5200by
cassie429
Excellent value for money. Has a clear sounding mp3 player and radio function, which is very simple to work. Connects to computers easily, no need to purchase any additional software to do this, the phone fits a regular usb cable, and then just copy and paste files onto the phone. The phone is very easy to work out. One thing to be weary about is the top key pad. I took mine to the beach, and the buttons frooze until i cleaned it, but what do you expect for such a low price?? other wise the phone works excellently!

Advantages: Music, layout themes, camera, slide, and input jack Disadvantages: Brightness ratio of the screen, against other companies
...I recommend this to any Nokia fan, or music fan... because you can store music on the phone. The camera could be better and there is only minimal rating. A good buy, good value for money, cheap price, could be more slim, and comes in two colours.
Must say that the screen brightness is appauling, however it is better than most brands, but doesn't come close to Samsung, the sliding idea is great as it makes the phone really compact. Speaker for ...

I have had a few nokia phones and feel that they last a long time and you get value for money . It also helps that they seem to have improved the software, so the menu looks nice and they have changed the look of writing text messages. It also saves the people that you text the most in a little menu which makes things easier. I am definetly pleased with this phone and enjoy using it.
It is similar to the nokia 6111, however, the quality ...

Advantages: Mp3 player, radio, memory card slot, Disadvantages: Bad Quality Camera
Let me just start of by saying that I LOVE THIS PHONE, my freinds recommended this phone to me right after my other one was broken on a fairground ride,
The Mp3 player is brilliant as you are able to have a loudspeaker so you and all of your freinds can listen to your ''beats'' or you can have the earphones, with the ones provided have a radio attachement so you can listen to you tunes or the radio!. The memory card slot fits a micro SD card which ...

the move, with a spring-assist slide to access MP3, stereo FM, video and much more. Start movin' to the music. A street-smart design with great music functions. Compact size which fits easily into your hand. Plug in your favourite headphones or speakers with the 2.5mm Nokia AV connector. Reviews: A cool and fresh design with a compact size for comfortable holding. Excellent MP3 player and stereo FM with dedicated FM radio key. The MicroSD memory card is hotwsap capable (you don't have to turn off the handset to remove/change the memory card). You can plug in your headphones with the 2.5mm Nokia AV connector. The 5200 is just a lightweight version of its older brother. It still has Bluetooth, but the camera is downgraded to VGA-quality and doesn't have as many dedicated music keys. If you want to save a few quid, the 5200 may be your best option of the two. What's XpressMusic? XpressMusic is Nokia's way of letting you easily access your music collection on a Nokia phone. For example, the 5300 XpressMusic has dedicated music buttons that are easily accessible no matter what position the phone is in. These buttons include play/pause, track-skipping controls, and volume controls all on the sides of the device. The 5200 has a similar design, but comes with only a play/pause button and lacks certain features the 5300 XpressMusic possesses.
