This has to be the best phone I have ever owned. It has so many features I was astounded. The GPS is fantastic, almost on par with TomTom and way better than the N95. Directions are clear and concise and at an audible volume. The camera being only 2 MP takes average quality pictures and the inclusion of a flash is an added bonus. The sliding lens cover is a great feature as well as I use my phone for work sometimes and was always getting grit/dust ...
...is excellent but this wil vary with provider. The keypad layout is fine and I believe the keys to be spaced perfectly. My only concern is the central joypad key, it does seem a bit wooly and I guess it may break with heavy handed users. ...really good quality and downloading to computer is quick and simple using Nokia software. Also video quality is excellent with very little distortion of sound when using at live events. Quite an expensive phone but if you need navigator and a new phone then this is a really good option. ...

...to use as with all Nokia phones, also has tutorial section on phone if you don't feel confident in just playing with it, but I will stress it will take time as it is fairly slow but very informative. Best feature is the fact it will transfer all contacts and calendar entries from your old phone, as a bluetooth connection, also transfers your PC calendar and Office documents to view but you do have to plug into the PC. Camera is only 2MP but still is very clear, also you can take a picture of yourself without having to turn the phone around, also has a cover over the lens on the back so it doesn't scratch or get dusty which I have found with some phones. This phone is great. With quick access to your messages and satelite navagation it is a great phone for somone who is always on the go. its music player is of high quality and its speakers give amaing sound and volume. The camera is great at 2.0 megapixels with a decent zoom and flash. the memory on the phone is ok and with a memory card solt that allows you to insert an extra 1 or 2 gigs you can turn it into your own personal p3 player or camera. ...
