Hanging on the Telephone
Review of Nokia 6300 by mattygroves

Advantages: Easy to use, (mostly) intuitive menu structure, robust, good sound, nice look and feel
Disadvantages: After two years' use, poor battery life, wear & tear on the keyboard, a few weird storage bits

...on) the occasional photograph. My Nokia 6300 allows me to do all these things, and more. It's the 'and more' that baffles me, and that rarely (or indeed never) gets used. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cape and Tights (or, look and feel) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The handset is attractive, without being fancy. It has a metal casing, and a pleasantly reassuring heft, without being weighty. The handset is dominated by the screen (there are bigger ... Read review

A simple guide to a Nokia mobile phone
Review of Nokia 6300 by ScottishWestie

Advantages: Looks, weight, simple to operate, sound quality
Disadvantages: On Off switch, clunky software

...kind of steered clear of Nokia products after my partner’s Nokia phone stopped working one day before the warranty expired & when she contacted them two days later they didn’t want to know. Even the guys at Virgin Mobile tried to persuade them to help but no they weren’t interested. So why am I reviewing a Nokia phone & won’t it be rubbish as revenge to the companies lack of help in the past. Well no, this review is based on a Nokia phone supplied ... Read review

Good durable phone, I can do rough! . .
Review of Nokia 6300 by smudgeybabes

Advantages: Loads of spec, very durable.
Disadvantages: Weight may put some buyers off.

Nokia is the best of the best when it comes to phones, that is of course just my opinion, and you are entitled to yours. Sleek, modern design complete with stainless steel cover; 2Mp camera with 8 x digital zoom; MMS; Video player and recording too. The weight of this phone is 91 grammes, which is heavy for todays market, but there is something solid about this model, the weight actually helps to reassure you that you have a quality product. The ... Read review

Review of Nokia 6300 by scuba_angel

Advantages: small, slim, light
Disadvantages: fairly poor battery performance

...meanies). The chosen handset was another Nokia simply because I'm enough of a numpty that any thing else would be painfully confusing. Rather than a direct replacement for my lost handset I went for a cheaper model paying £80 for this SIM free. When it arrived I was impressed at its looks, having only seen the photos I was slightly concerned it would appear cheap, but it is actually a very sleek classy looking design. It is far slimmer than ... Read review

Middle range featured phone
Review of Nokia 6300 by gemsarchitect

Advantages: Slim, Stereo FM
Disadvantages: 2MP camera, taditional classic design

Nokia 6300 Over the past five years, mobile market got maximum growth and many new players of this market entered in this competition as well. After having huge success in all category of mobile phone, sometime earlier phone manufacturer companies battled for slim design with more featured phone in market. As a result Nokia has announced its featured 'Nokia 6300' phone in last quarter of 2006. This phone got better customer response overall due ... Read review

Simply a great Nokia
Review of Nokia 6300 by CarlG

Advantages: Good looking, good feature set
Disadvantages: None

...had my eye on the Nokia 6300 for a while and a couple of weeks ago managed to get one free from Orange as part of a contract renewal. The phone is visually very appealing. Its a a realivelty small phone (10.5cm x 4.5cm x 1.5cm) but is heavier than its looks suggest at 91 grams. About half of the front of the phone is occupied by the screen which is very bright and clear, the screen itself and the 4 way (joy stick type) button the 4 seperate menu ... Read review

Advantages: Sylish, Light, Easy To Use
Disadvantages: Camera/Video use a lot of battery

...if you have had a Nokia before they do not differ a lot making it even easier. There is lots of information in the instruction book/user manual about how to use all the features your phone has so you can get the best out of your phone. It's easy to make phone calls and has lots of really useful shortcut buttons to get to what feature you want even faster. Nokia 6300
Review of Nokia 6300 by starjen

Advantages: Slim and sleek, easy to use
Disadvantages: None that I can think of

I got my new Nokia 6300 just over a month ago so I feel its enough time of using it to write a review. I had been due an upgrade of my phone but hadn't really seen anything I fancied until I saw someone who had this phone and I really like the design of it. I've had Nokia's for years (my last one was the 6230i) and so am able to find my way around them. I rang Vodafone and they said I could have it free on upgrade and so I jumped at it. **The ... Nokia 6300
Review of Nokia 6300 by VSeaman

Advantages: Looks great, easy to use, nice big screen, usual Nokia features
Disadvantages: None so far...!

...admit I am a dedicated Nokia fan. But that doesn't cloud my judgement - at Christmas I tried the Nokia N73, but found this a bit too big and bulky and found some of the keys a bit uncomfortable to use. My previous models have been the 6230 & 6230i. I tried out a Samsung E900 last month, but couldn't adapt to that and vowed to stick to my faithful Nokia's... So...I have been waiting for weeks to get my hands on the Nokia 6300. Finally receiving ... Read review

Review of Nokia 6300 by Tammyjo

Advantages: small and stylish
Disadvantages: non

...http://www.nokia.co.uk/A4275191 This is my favourite Nokia phone for a long time. It really is beautiful - quality just oozes out of the phone when you pick it up. The metallic finish completes the look, although this may show scratches if not treated carefully. The cost of this phone is now ranging fron £50 -£110 Hope you enjoy thanks for reading ... Nokia 6300 silver black
Review of Nokia 6300 by kat_xXx

Advantages: radio, 2mp camera, mp3 player,
Disadvantages: no flash on camera, not a lot of internal memory

I recently got the nokia 6300 silver black as an upgrade from o2 at the carphone warehouse. So far there have been no problems, and it is very easy to get used to using. ***memory*** If your phone does not come with a memory card, I would definitely recommend buying one, as the internal memory in the phone is very poor, especially if you intend to use the phone for music and high quality photos. The memory card (microSD) is very easy to insert ... Read review

Good good good, good vibrations
Review of Nokia 6300 by belgian.waffle

Advantages: excellent call quality, large colour screen, 2 megapixels camera, MP3 player, true tunes, easy to use
Disadvantages: bugger all

...and huge colour screen the Nokia 6300 is the most advanced and easiest phone I have ever used, but then again I expected this as every Nokia I have owned over 12 years has never failed to impress me. I received my 6300 as part of an O2 upgrade free of charge. It is much lighter than my previous phone and is only 91 grams but is much bigger at 106.4 x 43.6 x 11.7 mm because of the colour screen which which is a 2 inch 240 x 320 (TFT) which supports ... Top marks Nokia for this one...
Review of Nokia 6300 by Intactem

Advantages: Slim, Lightweight and Durable
Disadvantages: Fragile phone charger

The Nokia 6300 is an outstanding, durable, slim and lightweight mobile phone. I've been using this for six months now and have not had any problems with it whatsoever. I personally believe it's the best phone I have ever owned. The large screen makes viewing and texting easy. Plus the 2megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom makes for some top quality images. Top marks Nokia for this one...with most retailers selling this for around £70 it's a bargain! This ... Read review

Review of Nokia 6300 by davidchaudhary

Advantages: slim design and metal body
Disadvantages: battery life is little less

Nokia is a top most brand in manufacturing company of cell phones in the world. The quality and durability of the mobiles of nokia is awesome. Screen quality of the mobiles of this company is also very good. They are very rough and tough phones as compared to other manufacturers in the market. Now I am going to discuss about the nokia 6300. it is a slim category phone. The body of this cell is made of solid metal. So we need not worry about the ... Read review

Sleek 6300
Review of Nokia 6300 by Dramatic_Star

Advantages: Sleek design, music player, texting
Disadvantages: Camera, battery life.

The Nokia 6300 really is an underestimated phone. I hadn't heard anything about it (being a loyal Samsung fan) until O2 gave me a good deal on a contract with this phone. I was a bit sceptical at first- my last nokia was back in the day when there were no colour screens! However, as soon as I opened the box- I was pleased. For a Nokia phone, it is extremly thin & robust, yet it still manages to look elegant. Nokia phones are often renowned for ... Read review
