    User doesn't recommend the product

Advantages Advantages Slim, light, attractive design. Great features. Easy to use

Disadvantages Disadvantages Very fragile (tending to fault), quiet, backlight issues

Wondering if anyone has an issue with the raised directional button becomming imprinted on the screen. Nokia stated no complaints but we have three and all three are scratched from the buttons not being flush with the keypad. fortheloveofcc@yahoo.com
