Some time ago I bought a very old ex-industrial Henry (from a professional cleaning firm) for use at my business premises. Although tatty on the outside, this machine impressed me enough to ensure that I bought a Henry for my domestic use. The Which report on reliability reinforced this decision as it was one of the most reliable cleaners in their tests.
Even my husband likes using Henry - although I am a bit worried as he does ay "Come along Henry" ...
