    Disadvantages Disadvantages You have to help the delivery driver lift & move your own goods!! Outrageous!

    I ordered several heavy items of furniture from Okafurnitureland. I received an email which instructed me that only one person would be delivering the furniture and that I would need to help lift the furniture! I was appalled. I am an able bodied female but I wondered about anyone who was in ill health or was an older person. After helping the driver and working up a sweat getting my furniture into my flat, you need to take great care to unwrap each item (if you can) because the packaging may need to be re-used if the item needs sending back.     A great service all round. Like many others I thought that the price of the oak dresser was too good to be true, but I am delighted with the piece of furniture. The dresser was carefully wrapped and of great quality, matching a table and chairs set bought from another (and far more expensive) supplier perfectly. Delivery was prompt and we were given plenty of notice to clear the space for its arrival. Would definitely use again and recommend.

    My order of a nest of tables in the Jaiphur light Indian wood range was delivered within three days, although I had not expected delivery for three weeks. The tables were well packaged and undamaged. They were well made, sturdy and extremely good value, especially as they were ready assembled and not flat pack which is what most lower priced wooden furniture seems to be. I had worried that the wood might be a bit coarse or rough as the tables were described as "rustic" but in fact the wood was smooth and waxed. I will definitely use Oakfurnitureland again.

    I like many others thought "this price is too good to be true". It is not so. I ordered an oak dresser and am stunned by the quality of the product. The dresser was exactly as described on the website and I am so pleased I felt obliged to review it. Something I have never done before! I had a few queries and seeked further advice on the care of the item.     I have purchased 4 items from OakFurnitureLand. I initially went to look at the utems in the Bolton store, was very pleased with what I saw, so I ordered a Glazed Dresser, Sideboard, Bookcase and a Mirror.When the items came, I first unpacked the sideboard to find a dint in the top of it, I thought fair enough, this could be covered up with the items I was putting on top. I called OakFurnotureLand, was told to unpack the rest, which I did.I next unpacked the bookcase tofind two chunks of wood out of the front.I then unpacked the glazed dresser to find, yes this had faults as well.     We have just received a computer desk and are thrilled with it. The quality is great and it is so nice to receive something already built. The delivery service was fantastic - a text message giving a two hour time slot AND it arrived on time as promised. I am so pleased I found Oak Furniture Land, I just don't know why I had never come across them before as they are head and shoulders above the well known furniture companies and such amazing value. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for quality wooden furniture to check out akfurnitureland.co.uk first.

    Could not have asked for a more efficient and pleasant buying experience. The furniture I ordered on line, having visited the Brighton shop before hand. The shop assistant I found very helpful without being at all pushy. The furniture seems very well made, and was delivered in plenty of protective packaging. The delivery was arranged quickly, and I was given a three hour time slot, and texted and phoned prior to the actual delivery. Very polite and careful delivery people.     We recently received our new furniture (a sideboard, a display cabinet and a dining set). It arrived exactly when promised even though it was a very bad snowy day. We ordered online which was made easy with the very informative videos of each product. We were a bit apprehensive not having actually been to a showroom and seen the furniture, but needn't have worried because it is all excellent quality.     Our many pieces from the Tokyo range of solid oak furniture arrived safely last Tuesday and we finally got to unpack and arrange them all several days later, once the new carpets had been laid. Everything was packed very well and there was no damage in transit. I particularly liked the way in which the handles were all screwed inside the drawers and doors. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and workmanship of the various pieces and it all looks really beautiful in our new lounge and bedroom. Definitely great value for the money that we paid.     I ordered two Baku Light Mango 1 Door Bedside Cabinets and was a little concerned over the long delivery date given, however, the order arrived much earlier than expected. The units were very well packaged and when we unwrapped them we were so pleased with the quality and workmanship. What more can I say, I will definately buy again.
