I'm a lazy girl when it comes to skin care - if there is an easy and quick way for me to do I'll try it out. Otherwise its as Miss Love says "When you wake up in your make up . . . ." It was for this reason and a £1.00 voucher off that I chose Olay's Daily Facials. Even with the coupon they are breathtakingly expensive face wipes. ...a problem. Just slop the Oil of Olay face cream on straight after and I was all peachy smooth again! And they do get rid of mascara so no more waking up looking like a giant panda! To conclude: In my opinion they are a little too dear for everyday use. It is much cheaper to use the foaming facial wash, again by Olay on a daily basis. Yes, I’m on the trail of special offers again, in my local Superdrug as usual! PACKAGING I bought the refill pack so there may be a difference to the normal packs. ...What's a bloke doing reviewing Oil of Olay Daily Facials, aren't they supposed to be used by girls? Well they are not strictly gor girls are they. I'm a thoroughly modern man, I wash up, do the cooking and vacuuming, clean the bathroom (although I draw the line at toilets) and like to try and look after my skin. ...a tad overpriced. It seems that Oil of Olay have finally come to their senses as I keep seeing them on offer everywhere I go. They are currently priced at £2.99 at Superdrug and that's much more my cup of tea. There are two types depending on your skin type. Olay daily facials were one of those products I'd been quite baffled by. You see, in my eyes there were two different ways to clean your face - with water or without water, using a wipe thing. It seemed to me that these inverntions were a kind of cross between the two - you get a box of things that look like face wipes, but they're not as convenient because you have to use them with water. I have quite oily and sensitive skin and need to be careful what products I use on it. Most products I have tried in the past have cleansed my skin very well but after a few hours it becomes oily and shiny again. Not only am I lazy about housework, but I am also lazy about beauty care, so anything which works and saves me time is good in my books. I had a freebie over the weekend and had a go at using them, and I don't feel I need a repeat in order to form an opinion.
