I also have eczema and was prescribed Oilatum products for it, so this should be suitable. As others have mentioned, it does come in a liquid form - I used a shower gel type product which came in a squeezy tube. It's very mild and soothes the skin. I'd also recommend constant moisturisation for your daughter to prevent dryness, and possibly a steroid cream if the eczema becomes particularly bad in certain patches.
