...before of ordering online with Oli is no-more for me, as it won't even allow my to order using my account number or any other details - its a shambles. I bet I'm not the only one having this same problem either - bet there's thousands! Not surprising really they are not a big hit as what I'm sure they would have liked to be! So, if I do see anything I like now I have to phone up, queue for ages and then speak to someone who usually hasn't a clue ...

...where do I begin!! Oli may offer you the world but they will certainly not deliver! I have wasted a lot of time with Oli! I have still not even received my order. Ordering - I had to register twice and set up two accounts because when I went back to order a second item that I'd found it said my account had been declined? I recently placed an order with oli.co.uk - never again. They triplicated the order, I received 3 boxes containing the same items 4 days after the specified delivery date. I had to wait in for the courier to come and collect the surplus, then found I had been charged 3 times!! When I rang their 'customer service' (don't make me laugh) line I was told it takes up to 3 weeks for the refund to go through (but funnily enough they can take your money ...

In common with other reviewers, I wish I had read these reviews before shopping with Oli. I ordered 3 items on Thursday morning, expecting delivery on Friday. I stayed in all day, which with 2 children on a sunny October day is not easy, but by 5.30pm had received nothing. Do NOT use oli. I cannot express strongly enough their complete incompetence and their disgraceful levels of customer services. I ordered a dress last Monday (10th Dec) - it was to be delivered the following day. I ordered a pair of £80 shoes on Tuesday, come friday a got a parcel... was it my shoes? i thought.. the parcel was small and thin, not like one of a shoe box. oh hello addidas jumper i didnt order! straight on the phone to Oli, I complained like mad and told them i was really angry, I said I have spent £80 on a pair of shoes which i didnt even recieve, i expect them to be delivered tomorrow free of charge, well ill see if they turn up! In a word, DISGUSTING. Not only do they send the wrong products, they are normally cheap and tacky without any ounce of service. I waited 4 weeks for a refund on a jumper the first time I shopped with the site. However and have been waiting since the beginning of March for them to collect a mirror which was damaged when I received it. As you can imagine, it's quite big and every message I get from them (which i chase) says it will be collected "This Week" - complete rubbish. Honestly, don't buy from Oli.co.uk. Oli are useless to say the least. I made the mistake of ordering bridesmaid dresses from them, the orders were muddled up, were 3 weeks late, two dresses were damaged and 6 weeks later I'm STILL waiting for a refund on two of the dresses duly returned to them. I doubt I'll see the money at this rate. Great timing to rip me off Oli, right before my wedding. ASOS is the only reliable online service as far as I can tell. Utterly dreadful. Terrible. Had to chase FIVE times for five different issues: 1. 25% Discount not applied to bill. I had to provide them with promo code again - good job I could remember it! 2. 3 Returned items not refunded on my bill 3. Only 1 out of 3 returned items refunded. When I asked why, I had to provide them with shipment details & numbers etc (basiclaly doing their job) 4. Once returned items refunded on bill, the 25% discount mysteriously gets missed ...
