Because of the curvy design, this made it easier to hold and you had more grip on the camera. It isn't too heavy either, which is great for when you want to take it out with you (eg. proms, parties, trips). It takes two AA batteries which I find is better than having a lithium ion battery ...

Last year, when visiting the UK, my wife was persuaded to purchase this camera for use in her Beauty Salon back here in Cyprus, taking 'before and after' photos of clients, Advantages - cracking picture quality - full range of features including movie clips, and even more editing facilities available when used with the p.c. software supplied Disadvantages - NO SOUND! What's the use of movie clips without sound?! NO VIEWFINDER - a rear display screen is useless in bright sunshine! (Oh, sorry - you've hardly had any in the UK this year, have you?) If I'd been with my wife when she was purchasing, she wouldn't have left the shop with this camera...... ...
